Design downloading from Internet for Singer Futura CE-250

| Can someone help with downloading designs from the Internet for my new Singer Futura CE-250. I cannot seem to find any help in the insturctions on how to do this. I have been able to download to the computer but cannot get them to open in the Futura program. what format should I be using. |
