| I have the oesd magic box with 4 slots. It has worked fine until recently - now when I read a design to one slot then try to add another design - the magic box just cuts off - does anyone know of anything I can do? - thanks, Judy |

| Judy, it must be an epidemic. I have an Amazing Box like your Magic Box, and for some reason it's decided not to work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and that didn't do it. My next step will be to uninstall again and unhook the box, turn everything off and start over. If that doesn't work, my next step will be contacting the support people. Donna |

| The cards only hold so much information and depending upon the size of the design, the card may have reached its limit. |
