Has anyone had success with embroidering a pet collar? I have a white 3300. I have tried several times to embroider my dog collar. Each time the top thread ends up in a ball on the bottom. It is mess. I tried loosening the tension and changing to a jeans needle. Neither one helped. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have a brother ULT and have embroidered lots of collars. I get them at the dollar store then make sure I have a new, sharp needle. Never had any problems. You might want to make sure you are using a new needle. Other than that I don't know what to suggest.
