I have a Janome Memorycraft 9700 I have purchased an
embroidery transfer kit together with a cd which I have tried to download onto flash card. The firm have now emailed the designs to me to download. How do I do this I have
Barudan Tes viewer. Help!!!!!

Are you saying that you have an email with attachment of designs? If so, R click>open. Now R click on the attachment line...in pop up window choose SAVE AS(not just 'save'). You should get another window with choices of location to "save as " to. I choose to save to MY DOCUMENTS. then I go there and unzip folders & sort into category folders. Was this the info you were seeking? You will then copy your designs to the Janome in whatever method it requires. I hope this has been of help
