Hello
Under Projects>PROJECTS USING FIBREGLASS SCREENING. Tote Bag.

Question: What do they mean by binding?
Sew right sides together, then turn right side out Or sew wrong sides together with bias tape on it???
Some of the instructions:
Bind the seams with regular black bias tape for strength....Bind these seams with regular black bias tape for strength. Bind the top seam with double wide bias tape to finish the top edge.
