| I recently got a new laptop with Windows Vista operating system. I've installed my 3D Embroidery Studio software with no error messages, however, when I try to open the program I get an error message that my dongle is not attached. Well it is attached, in a working USB port.
Is this a compatibility problem with Windows Vista (surprise surprise) ... if so, is there a driver fix I can download from somewhere? Help!! |

| I would contact the 3-D software folks. They would have the driver fix. I would think they would have put that in an update file. I have both 3-D and 4-D but I am still on XP. Sorry I did not help much. Nanci |

| Thanks for the suggestion -- I'll give that a try. |
