Southern Sewing Traditions now known as Premier Sewing

Has anyone had any dealings with this company. I ordered a part about ten days ago and pd. with Paypal. I have tried to inquire as to the status of the order and all I get is voicemail. They won't return my calls or email. Anyone else with the same problem
