I am new to machine embroidery. I have a Designer 1 and am trying the Amazing Designs software. I used the personalize and stitch to create a design. I save to a floppy in .hus and .shv. When I put the floppy in my machine it says 'file not found'. Am I missing a step??

| It's possible that the file is too large for your machine. You might try the same process but save a file that is small enough to have plenty of room in your largest hoop and see if the machine recognozes the design. |
