pe 150 new user help needed

hello, i am new to embroidery i have just bought a PE 150 and have had a few goes so far so good,i'm loving it, but i want to put a space between the words Happy Birthday, i cant seem to figure out how to do this, if any kind person knows how to do it, it must be possible, doesn't tell you in the manual, please help, thanks .........

Just look for the "straight line" character in your alphabets.
