| How would I stamp corduroy so I can embroidery on it by hand? I want to make a toddler jumper dress with embroidery. |

| Good luck...is it baby wale or wide wale? I have done "reverse" stamping, making the embroidery a little more of a challenge, but was able to stamp the smooth back side and work off of that. I don't know if your pattern is too complicated to be able to work that way. Another option would be to draw it out on a water soluable film like is used in machine embroidery, place it on top, stitch and then remove. I have only done the first option, with good results. But it did take a little longer than stamped on the surface. Hope this helps some. |
