I'm not sure that you are doing the transfer correctly. Insert the small diskette into the Ultimate Box. Open the Ultimate Box software. While in the software, open your "C" drive or if you have a disk, open that disk. Click on a design name and it will go to the holding area. After you have all that you want to save on the little Ultimate diskette click on the "Write to card" button.
Embird is for converting, enlarging, changing designs.

Colleen, as a guess, the problem you're having may be that you, like me, have the original ultimate box. That version did not use a USB port. The ultimate box feature in Embird only works with the USB version of the box.

I have found out that my box is not compatible with embird because it is an older model. I will just use the two seperately. Thanks for the input.
