Digitizing Service Advice Wanted

Posted by kc27 (My Page) on

The shop that had my digitized design lost it, and unless they can find it I may have to have the design digitized again.

I'm looking for recommendations on what to look for when choosing a digitizing service, and what file format I should request.

24hourdigitizing.com is great. You can always go back and get your design at any time.
