basting stitches

I remember seeing somewhere a web site has a fee design...basting stitches to use to attach fabric to stabelizer in the hoop....any help here....Thanks...I need to do this thing real soon...Judy

I make my own basting stitches with the software for my Bernina, which is super easy to do. You might also have that option?

Judy, do you have a Brother machine by chance? I have a PC8500, and the basting stitches I downloaded from a website don't hold with my machine.

If worse comes to worse you could thead a needle and conventionally sew long stitches to hold everything together on the edges of the embroidery field.
