Viking Designer 1 font problems

I purchased some embroidery fonts in three sizes - 1 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch. I need to use the 1 inch font for a little girl's name (Madison). My problems is when I open my Customizing 5 program and select each of the letters, I can't get the letter "i" to move. It's too small to grab with my mouse. Any ideas how to do this?

Can you zoom in? Usually under view on the toolbar. Then you should be able to select and move it
