thread colors used with Brother Machine-ULT

I just did my first embroidery that I bought from a website.

Where do you get a color chart so that you can match the list of colors that are required on the embroidery?

What does a color chart cost?

Does it depend on name brand or do all the embroidery thread makers list the colors with the same numbers?

It is hard to match the colors listed on the screen if you don't have a matching color number.
