| I bought this machine used and brought it home and began my first design and the bobbin was empty. I received an error message 88. I replaced the bobbin and continued to have the message. According to their website the error is for "upper tension path is not threaded correctly. I have turned off and on, threaded and re-threaded. It works fine if I take the embroidery arm off but once I put it back on I get the error message. |
