| after reading several posts I think I have the thread sensor problem. Can I fix that? How expensive is the thread sensor? It is too expensive for me to send my machine back to dealer i bought it from. Why has Singer not addressed this issue. There is no help from their site.
Any way I can fix this problem? Thanks for any help. Q |

| E1 error means the usb cord is not tightly secured in either your computer or Futie. It has nothing to do with threading. You have a 1 year warranty. Go to Singer.com, plug in our zip code in the "Where to Buy" to find a dealer closest to you, and call them for assistance and repair. You might also consider joining the Yahoo Futura Groups who will help you through the learning process. |
