| I desparatly need help from a fellow owner of this machine or similar by Singer (probably the xl-5000). We recently moved and shortly thereafter got a new computer. I lost my free Sew-Ware conversion software disk. I have the case, but the disk is not in it. I have gone through every cd holder and box I can find. I can't use the embroidery function with the computer with out it. Can anyone send me a copy? I would be happy to pay postage and for a blank cd.

| It was also posted on the Singer Futura Yahoo boards too. We told her to contact customer service with the key from the label for the cd and her receipts to get a new one. From what I understand, Singer cooperated very nicely and she got her cd. |
