| I recently had a hard drive crash and had to get a new computer. I installed PED 2.0 into Windows XP but it isn't in the program files, the only way to access it is to locate it in Windows Explorer and then I can drag and drop icons on my desktop. The first thing I noticed was the icons were not the right names, they were paledit, palutil, and so on. I downloaded the 2.5 patch from brother and tried to install but it says 2.0 is installed incorrectly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2.0 several times to no avail. I am willing to upgrade but I do not want to spend the money on an upgrade if it will not work. Has anyone upgraded from 2.0 to 4.0 on windows xp? Did it work?

| Didn't think of it before, does anyone have the 4.0 upgrade so I can test it before buying? Thanks, Lisa |
