1990 Toshiba 32 inch... picture doesnt fit the tv

help anyone... the picture in the tv seems to be getting bigger... i cant see anything at the top or bottom of the picture. can anyone direct me to possible problems... adjustment that i can do taking off the back or replacing some part? i figure i should do it since it would be less expensive.. otherwise, its probably overall better if i bought a new one... thanks for any help.
