Hello,

I just received my television back from the shop, 48 days and $700.00 dollars later and the convergence is way off, so I called the shop back and they gave me a code to go into a different convergence screen, I was supposed to get a number of boxes to adjust the convergence, but all I have showing are two vertical lines on each side of the television, they canÂt tell me what the problem is, if anyone could help with this problem, that would be great.
