TV Volume

I have an older (about 20 years old) JVC 19" television that works fine, my wife uses it in the basement for her workout videos and when on the treadmill. Since the digital upgrade, the volume is very low, I believe I read somewhere that the digital signal is going to be quieter for some reason. I am wondering if there is anyway to boost the volume on a tv like this, so that it can be heard better. Thanks

RE: TV Volume

Many of those digital tuners have their own volume control. Make sure the volume of your tuner is turned up to 100%.
