magnavox 27mt6005d/37

I have a magnavox 27 mt6005d/37 tv. The problem I am having is it has light colored lines across the top of the screen. It appears part or all of the lines are showing the picture upside down. These lines also appear to be double spaced. Any help would be appreciated. I more info is needed please let me know.
