Magnavox 19PR14 C121 won't turn on after being unused

I got a new tv a couple years ago and moved this one to another room. Used it a couple times to play videos for the grandkids but mostly kept it unplugged because it wasn't connected to cable. Tried to power it up the other day and it won't do any thing. Is there a reset button or something I may be missing? The chassis # is 19P601-00AA
