PEE Wee please HELP!!

I have a rear projection big screen that had the picture shrinking and now its just black. The power turns on but nothing else happens. Not sure what I need to fix it. The model number is9p5514c101 serial number 55758213 chassis number ptv836. This tv is about eight years old. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
