Philips Magnavox 9P5511C1 projection tv

Hi, when we turn the TV on the picture would not fill the entire screen and it would sort of " wave " in and out in a blurry yellow haze till it warmed up then would be OK. It got worse and worse till now it does not work at all. Any ideas ?
