Philips 37' LCD No Display

Hi, was surfing the web looking for answers on fix solutions for my Philips 37" LCD and found this site. Never thought this kind of things are discussed here. I am looking for answers on a problem that my LCD has, it is a Philips 37" LCD model number 37PF9431D/37 and when you start it, it blinks and the power LED goes from green to red with two consecutive blinks followed by a single one and the cycle repeast again. For what I have read it may be a bad power supply, but before making the investment, I will like to know if someone here have seen this before. I have read a lot of messages with similar problems both not a single one with the problem of two blinks. Any information that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Also I have remove the power supply board and looked at all the components in the board and no apparent bad condition is shown, which puzzles me more, since I expected to find a blown capacitor.

Thanks, luiso16
