| I am building a house and would like to be able to have the doorbell ring through the phones and be able to answer the door and communicate with people at the front door through the phone. Does anyone have any experience with this or have one? I really don't want to spend a fortune and any basic system that I can find online which has cordless phones are very expensive. |

| Maybe have your own "local network", with a telephone outside and another inside. Seems like a good idea and I don't think it should be that expensive nor complicated.. But I am a dreamer, not a computer whiz nor an electronic genius..This does seem to be a new application of the old , now, IMO, obsolete telephones.. Everyone seems to have cell phones and "neck-aches" today... |
