Projections TV color black is abit blue

| My 46" projection tv seen to be having color problems cause when picture goes into a dark picture its not a black color its blue is there any why to fix it.Thanks |

| Extra blue often means not enough red. How old is the TV? |

| its a magnavox made in 1995. i tried adding more red before but when i adjusted it things that were blue were kinda purple after adding red. |

| It means the red gun is probably failing. You won't be able to fix this with just the color controls. It is likely you need to have the red gun replaced. I don't know if I would do that on a 13 year old TV. If the red one is failing the green and blue ones probably aren't far behind. |

| Would the red tube fluid have any thing to do with it cause i change the blue and green tube fluid. |
