| I have a Phillips TP2785 C121 Television. The TV will not respond to the original remote but I purchased a RCA Universal remote and it will respond to the Universal Remote. Problem is that only 5 channels will come up on the TV, One indicates DVD, One indicates VCR, then Channels 4, 16, & 17. How do I get my other channels back? |

| There is a channel scan feature under the menu. This fixed the problem that you are describing on my TV when i changed cable service providers last year. Also make sure that your TV is set to cable ,not antenna |
