| I have a desktop in my basement and a cable internet connection. I also have an intenet connection outlet available in my living room (on another floor). I would like to connect a TV to my network to be able to watch movies and shows streamed online, and also listen to online radiostations. I am looking to find out if this is possible, and what equipment I would need. I was planning to buy a new TV (LCD, about 32"), so if I would need some specific in/out on it, it would be nice to know. If I'll get something like D-Link MediaLounge, would it do what I need? How does the browsing work on TV? Or would I need to go downstairs and select a movie on the computer before I can watch it on TV?
Sorry about so many questions, but I really don't know anything about this, and would appreciate your help. Thanks! |
