Philips 32PS60 B129 Power Problem.

i have a 32 inch television (32PS60 B129) that turns off when i attempt to turn on a (maybe 1-5 times or more.) Also the screen pulls in on the right side. initially they were unrelated because it was only the power issue but now they both happen(sometimes together sometimes not.)
