Please help me if pos,

These are the symptoms;

The TV was on when I hear a electrical (spark sound) TV went dead

Standby led flashing red,

remote does not respond,

I turn off and unplug ..

Wait for a few minutes plug in and turn on via on/off button on TV, red-light turns on..

after 2 sec you hear a relay click red stays constant

then after 3 secs another relay click then red-light flashes .
