I want to get a dvd/vcr combo but one that is easy to use.
Any suggestions for which one and a where to get it at a good price?

RE: Dvd Vcr Combo

Buy a Sony. Which one depends on if you want the DVD to record or not.

RDR-VXD655 - both sides record and it will accept an HDTV signal.

RDR-VX560 - both sides record but it has no tuner.

SLV-D380P - vcr records but dvd only plays.

One thing to remember, if the AMP or Power Supply goes bad, you lose the whole unit. Also, the combo units lack many of the features of the individuals. With prices as low as they are, you might want to consider individual pieces.
