60' Philips Projection Tv with small black lines on screen

I have a Philips 60" Projection Tv-Model # is 60PP920217F. It is about 4 years old. The color on the screen looks good but small black lines run across my tv at the top and bottom of screen. This lines do not appear in the middle of the screen. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong with my Tv.
