Can't view my home videos on my tv

| I have a Samsung S850 camera and burned the videos I took with this camera using Roxio CreatorDE. I can view the videos on my pc but not on the tv. I have a Phillips DVD player. I get an error message saying "video images not available".
What am I doing wrong?

| Probably the format you burned is not the correct DVD format. PCs can play lots of formats, DVD players often can't. Test in another DVD player, if it doesn't work there either there's no need to call customer service. |
