| Please help! My phillips 35" tv won't even turn on. There is a chirpping noise when you plug it in. No picture, no sound, no on light. I took the back cover off and I'm not quite sure where the noise is coming from. Chassis # L01.10ac-7638. Model # 32PT563S37G.
