Magnavox TV problem

Model No. MS3252S431

32" Magnavox Tube TV. It turns on for a couple of seconds then it makes a sound like it is turning off, the picture and sound go off, but the green LED power light stays on. Any idea what repairs are likely needed and how expensive this will be to fix?
