Philips 42PFL5332D/37 cannot locate chasis #

18 month old Philips flat screen! TV screen is black. Audio is excellent. Prior to this problem, twice there was a 'pop' sound and screen went green for a few seconds. On another two occasions there was a loud, static pop sound. Blue 'on' light is constant.

I've removed all visible screws and cannot take off the back cover.
