| I have a 61" Phillips Magnavox HDTV (projection model# 60PP935217 and another # DPTV310) in which the multipoints are way off. When I go into the manual multipoint converge, I can move the red lines side to side but I can't move them downward. My remote is working fine, but on the screen the multipoints won't go up or down to converge. I have tried to restore factory settings, but that doesn't work. Any ideas on how to deal with?? |
