T. V. Problem

I'm having trouble trying to locate the component or components causing the following problem.
I have a Mitsubishi CS3515R I have to turn it on and off
3 or 4 times before it will come on.

I have to turn the T.V. on and off three or four times before it will come on and each time I turn it on it clicks like a Relay clicking on and off. Hope someone can offer help in locating the problem.
