| I haven't seen the answer to this question that others have had. My remote will not operate the TV but the remote is working. I am guessing the receiver in the TV is bad. Can that be replaced or am I doomed to leaving my chair every time I surf channels? Help! I have a Magnavox 27B50200AA. |

| I'm not sure this is the answer to your problem but Magnavox has had problems with their remotes in the past. Try unplugging the t.v. for about 30 seconds. If this works it will be a temporary fix as it will reoccur. I do not remember the permanent fix. |
