| Hi folks,
My wife and I are building a new home and are up to the wiring stage. I had a local company come in for wiring sound in the house. They are recomending a Bose Lifestyle 38 media center with in-wall theater speakers and Bose 191 ceiiling speakers for Kitchen, Great Room and Family Room. Anyone have or know this equipment? We had wanted a room designated as a theater, thus the Lifestyle 38 recomendation with a 42 inch plasma tv. We had hoped for a projection tv with retractable screen but they said a good one costs 7k. Is this true? Thanks in advance. |

| Whether a good projector and screen has to cost 7K is debatable. It all depends on the size of the screen, the brightness level of the viewing area, and your own eyes. You can get a perfectly fine system with a 84" retractable screen and a decent LCD projector for less than 4K. You may or may not be happy with the picture quality. |
