| Hello:
Here is my Problem: With TV plugged to the electric wall outlet , the TV shows "19 Action News " with descriptions of how to use controls etc - with news ticker at the bottom of screen It continuously goes on. I cannot stop the TV because the local control buttons such as Power etc do not work. The only way to switch off the TV is by unplugging at the Electric wall outlet. The color picture is very clear but no sound. Remote control does not work. This just happened as I just slided the TV just a couple of feet away while reaaranging my computers on my desk. I am a new member and this is my first post. I need help please. Thanks in anticipation of your reply. KAR |
