Since I couldn't find this info anywhere online, I'd very much appreciate info re: which of the following cables would allow me to extend my 15" Dell XGA LCD monitor so that it's approx. 10 feet away from the Dell CPU.

DVI extension cable? or

XGA extension cable?

Also, would either of such cables be compatible with *any* monitor? Or just XGA monitor?
