Within the last week the picture has gone from viewable full color with a slight greenish tint to all green and barely able to make out the picture. Its a 15-inch RCA flat screen less than 2 years old. Used less than 10 hours per week. What is the likely cause and cost of repair. It cost probably 100 bucks or less.
