| I was half asleep but I caught a glimpse of a tv commercial.It said something about people who brought slim line tv"s that were LCD.Something about a lawsuit.Anyone one out there have a clue? |

| Most likely was concerning the price fixing of LCD panels - you can view the information at the official website linked below. There's also another class action suit against Samsung regarding the premature failure of their power supplies due to poor quality capacitors - don't have that link off hand. |

| They did just settle a lawsuit about calling a tv 40 in. when it is only 39.6. Same for all size tvs. That is why they call it a"40" class. |
