Help selecting LCD tv for bedroom, please

Posted by anncarolyn (My Page) on

We just purchased a 26"RCA LCD HDTV for our bedroom. I really thought we had the perfect TV ,size, picture, etc. but(and this is a very big but), after having it all hooked up, we realized there was no outlet for headphones. So, does anyone have a recommendation of a similiar TV that will allow headphones? Please help if you can. I really hate to start tv shopping with my husband again! Thanks for all your suggestions.

If you like the TV other than the inability to use headphones, why not try something like the link below? You probably have enough open jacks in the back of the TV to handle a signal out to a headphone amplifier or wireless system. n.b., I have no connection with the seller or the actual device. But it gives you an idea of what's out there. A Radio Shack or a decent hi-fi shop also should be able to sell you a headphone amp that plugs into the TV if you want to use 'phones you already have.

Here is a link that might be useful: Add headphones to your TV
