| I have a Philips rear projection HDTV, model number 55pp935217, with a chassis number of DPTV310 and the sound works, but there is no picture. Anyone have any idea? |

| if you hit the menu button does it show the menu? if so then you either have a problem in the tuner or inteh cables. how is it hooke dup, cox, RCA, or hdmi cable? |
