| I swear, about 5 years ago, I was in Best Buy and saw by some manufacturer, a flat screen TV that was framed to look like a mirror and was a mirror when the TV was off.
Was I dreaming? When I goggle looking for something like this, you buy the framed mirror independent of the tv and it's like $1500! Are there any TV manufacturer's doing what I described? I can't seem to find them.... Thanks! |

| I don't know if they sell it as a complete product, but you can look for "transmissive mirror" or "half mirror". Because that's what I think they put in front of any normal TV to get that effect. |

| You are not dreaming Ive seen this tv. apparently the tv behind the mirror was manufactored by sharp and the glass was manufactored by a company called mirror image that specifically makes the glass for a tv to vent heat through it. Its a bit strange but the cool thing is its waterproof great for a bathroom or sauna. |
